-Minimum 1 to 3 years experience as a web and graphic designer in the following areas: web design, mobile app design, branding, and graphic/ print design
-Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
-Ability to create creative, superior, original designs for the web
-Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet
-Solid understanding of client deliverable, and the ability to take responsibility for them
-Knowledge of website usability, structure, navigation, and functionality
-Thorough understanding of corporate image and branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media
knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred but not required
-Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure as part of a team or alone
-Excellent organization and communication skills
