To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, and implement marketing & sales plans alterations as needed.
To oversees all sales, marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Through self and team, achieve and maximize both present and long term sales and gross revenues and profits.
Establish realistic monthly sales objectives, based on the sales plan, Set individual territory sales and commission targets to the salespersons, and administer with HR the commission plan.
Effectively and efficiently, manage company’s marketing and sales resources and activities.
Create a demand for the company’s services in the market.
Develop innovative strategies to attract potential customers to the company business.
Develop and maintain the company’s Customer Master File, determine the current & future needs and wants of the customer.
Develop and maintain a Competitive Analysis Master File, and use to outsmart and outperform the company’s business rivals, through on-going analysis of competitors pricing actions, sales volume, trends, consumer promotion, advertising activity and tracking studies.
Design and apply a proper Go-2-Market model, to rationalize resources, based on generated revenue & profit.
Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future services.
Develop and implement an internal marketing program, to push company services by customers’ touch-points non-sales staff.
Initiate, lead and direct proposal, quotations, contract negotiations and deals closing efforts.
Deliver sales presentations and discussions to key clients in coordination with salespersons.
