Job summary
The primary objective of the technical office manager is to lead the design team to come up with the best designs possible, preparing the presentations for the client to sustain information, planning technical spec., quantity surveying BOQ’s, pricing in a satisfactory Manar to enable the technical decision making over projects & tenders as well as giving the necessary support for the project management team with the essential drawings & specifications as we are a design & build contractors.
Summary of essential job functions
Plan and develop the necessary activities to be performed in the technical office.
Supervise and manage BOQ preparations
Studying drawings, BOQs & pricing of the relevant required information
Manage with the design team
Supervise the various activities of technical office
Preparation of tenders, pricings and tender documents
Minimum of university education relevant to the job
Minimum 10 years experience on similar position
