Power Systems Engineering Mgr

: Power Systems Engineering Mgr.
Education: BSc. In Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience: 
1. 8 -10 years in leading and managing an engineering team of at least 7-10 persons.
2. Involved in projects of at least 7-10 M$ per project.
3. Working for a reputable Engineering firm.
4. Preferably involved in projects outside Egypt
5. Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical detailed engineering work, along with knowledge of different standards and norms used in the Electric Power as well as the Oil and Gas industries.
General:
1. Good command of the English language. Good command of other languages will be highly regarded.
2. Good command and usage of different computer software, including Excel, Words, Power Point, MS projects, Auto Cad, etc.
3. High communication skills
4. Leadership, and team building capabilities
5. Ability to work in multi-culture and multi-ethnic environment.
6. Self-motivated, and the ability to motivate others.
7. Process oriented and creator.
8. Ability for extensive travel, and at short notice.
