Job description:

Responsible for all Easy2Connect ADSL installations, Maintenance and Technical Solutions
Job Duties:
 Responsible for Easy2Connect IT Support
 Follow up activation cycle for all pending installation accounts
 Handling new technical appointments for technicians in a daily basis
 Follow up activation cycle with partners and customers
 Handling customers’ technical problems by phone or face to face
 Support monthly customers’ technical problems
 Direct communication with corporate support team in order to solve customer’s problems
 Full support with all possibility for technical team
 Any other requests required from direct manager

Working conditions:
- Works most of the time in the office, installing ADSL and technical support for customers
- Managing reporting and office work time effectively.
