Key Accounts Sales Supervisor is needed for a multinational company located in 6th of October
Job Objective
Performing all sales activities as well as trade incentives to achieve sales budget set according to company target and objectives. Responsible for handling clients classified as Sanitary Wholesalers, e.g. Fagala Dealers, in addition to handling existing active distributors, activate the non-active ones to optimize Network of Distributors Nationwide.
Essential Duties
· Present and sell company products to meet & exceed sales target
· Resolve customer complaints
· Prepare sales reports

Responsibilities & Competences
· Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets to meet the market fluctuation and demands.
· Identify sales prospects and project for horizontal business integration
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales forecast reports.
· Develop and maintain product knowledge and awareness among the distributors network and sales team.
· Establish and maintain current client and potential client business relationships.
· Identify and resolve client concerns and requirements.
· Prepare variety of reports, e.g. activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
· Communicate new product and opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
· Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
· Participate in marketing events such as seminars, and trade shows.
· Follow-up on collection of payment.
· Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise.
· Tracking competitors’ activities (prices, product development, Schemes. Etc..
Job Requirements:
Education
University Graduate
Experience
3-5 years experience in selling sanitary ware, preferably commercial sinks, bath tubs, and shower trays..
Personal Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Willingness to work in flexible schedules, handle multi tasks and work under pressure.
Professional appearance,for a proper positive image for the company with public.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Knowledge of advertising and promotion techniques would be an asset
Language Skills:
Arabic (Local language) spoken: high written: high
English spoken: very good written: very good
Computer Skills:
Excellent knowledge of MS office
ERP systems
