Marketing Specialist is needed for a multinational company located in 6th of October
Job Objective
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Introduces & implements kitchen systems strategy. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Essential Duties

Additional / Special Duties:
·Visit showrooms and assists in the development and launching of new products
·Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Responsibilities & Competencies
·Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
·Introduce and implement kitchen systems strategy
·Manage the Marketing Department Budget.
·Manage the product range
·Identify & manage the different distribution channels
·Manage Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
·Set the pricing strategy
·Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
·Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
·Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
·Develop all sales literature & promotional material, and ensure all communication materials operate within corporate brand guidelines
·Support promotions through creating communication materials required to execute ongoing and new campaigns
·Responsible for the company’s brand image/exposure and visibility of all points of sale - in accordance with the company’s Corporate standards and design manual
·Source and manage relationships with external media agencies, outlets, printers
Work with external media advisors and PR firm execute corporate communications strategy
·Collate and produce marketing results for presentations and individual campaigns
·Work with the PR agency to roll out the media campaigns to consumers, measure its success and develop it for further roll out
· Run periodic check on the well-being of showrooms at distributors’ premises.
· Execute and implement the planned marketing activities such as exhibitions, showrooms and product displays.
Job Requirements
Education
University Graduate, major marketing.
MBA or marketing diploma is an asset
Experience
3-5 years experience in Marketing in similar position

Language Skills
Arabic (Local language) spoken: high Written: high

Computer Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS office
