Duties:
• responsible for:The performance of the team and ensuring that everyone within his team reaches his targets.
• Operate incentive schemes that motivate members of his team to reach or exceed sales targets.
• Makes project analysis and marketing analysis concerning the competitor
• Training sales staff.
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and personally interferes in solving any problems if the agent failed to solve them by himself.
• Reporting back to the G.M
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
• Evaluating the performance of the sales workers.
Qualification:
• Experience : Three or Four years of Sales experience in the same position MUST BE in the real estate field & have a strong Background in real estate companies
• Age Between 30-35
• Good interpersonal skills, Team player ,Confident and proactive sales approach V.Good all round PC skills with knowledge of common office applications
• Good oral English required and adequate written preferred
• Preferable Female (not veiled/veiled) or Male .
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Strong and Flexible Personality
• Strong Persuading Skills.
• Excellent Sales Skills.
• Good Problem Solving.
• Good reporting Skills.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
