A leading company in marketing and distribution of international products (Fragrance, Cosmetics and skin care) in KSA is looking to hire immediately the following positions:

National sales manager: applicant should have experience in similar position in reputable FMG company
1) Managing sales & collection process kingdom wide ( forecasting, planning, controlling…etc with the main objective of achieving target for each & every supplier
2) Controlling stocks kingdom wide to make sure of the availability every where all the time & healthy movement as well.
3) Follow up the branch mangers activities regarding all the tasks mentioned below.
4) Work in line with marketing department & product managers to ensure setting & implementing effective marketing plans.
5) Manage the administrative issues related to sales team in collaboration with all other company departments.
Branch managers: applicant should have experience in similar position in reputable FMG company
6) Managing sales & collection process in his branch through the branch sales team ( forecasting, planning, controlling…etc
7) Controlling stocks in his branch through follow-up of available stocks, forecasting future stocks needed, & manage stock transfers from & to other branches.
8) Follow up the branch warehouse team activities ( stock handling, receiving goods, orders delivery …etc
9) Manage the administrative issues related to his branch & employees, in collaboration with Head office, other branches,& external parties.
Product managers (FMG) applicant should have experience in similar position in reputable FMG company
1) Performing the marketing research studies for brands under his responsibility & set their forecast
2) Propose the marketing plan for those brands to be approved by the company management
3) Follow the implementation of the marketing plan with sales team & in the market to ensure target achievement.
4) Forecast purchases of these brands & follow implementation with logistics dept. & marketing manager
Division sales managers applicant should have experience in similar position in reputable FMG company
1) Managing his subordinate sales team activities in his assigned division, either pharmacy division, supermarket division, Toys & wholesale division, or remote area which is applied in relatively small cities where salesmen are assigned to sell to all categories( forecasting, planning, controlling …etc.
2) Reporting to branch manager, his & his team activities , & proposals for his division improvement
3) Prospecting new prospects in his division/territory
4) He has the full responsibility for achieving his division/territory target both sales & collection
Sales Representatives applicant should have experience in similar position in reputable FMG company
1) He is fully responsible for achieving sales & collection target in his area which may be either ( pharmacies, Hyper & supermarkets , Toys & department shops, Wholesalers, perfumes & toiletry shops, or all of them if work in small city.
2) Planning & reporting his activities to his division sales manager.
3) Prospecting new prospects in his area in collaboration with his division manager.
