Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sending, receiving and translating faxes.
2. Provides personal administrative support to the manager.
3. Setups the manager’s travel arrangements.
4. Schedules appointments for the manager.
5. Maintains and controls confidential files.
6. Answering phones, attending meetings, filing, translating any e-mails, contracts, correspondences or reports.
7. Writing memos and business letters in a professional way.
8. Getting detailed data about new suppliers abroad.
9. Responsible for freight & importing process starting from giving orders to the suppliers to arranging payment to the suppliers and following up receiving it, arranging the documents needed for customs to release goods from customs.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1 . Excellent command of the English language, Fluent written & spoken, other languages are preferable.
2 . Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
3 .Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
4 .Excellent memory & organizational ability.
5. The ability to communicate clearly & concisely, both orally & in writing.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
Experience: min 1 year and max 3 years, preferred to be in the importing & exporting field.
