Quality Assurance Controller (QHSE)
1. General Requirements:
Ø Preparation and updating of QMS manuals and documents in a controlled manner Ensuring the distribution, revision and logging of QMS manuals
Ø Follow-up the Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation and participate in audits.
Ø Prepare, amend and modify the Integrated Management system manuals, procedures and instructions.
Ø Conduct a proper filing system in accordance with QHSE Dept. standard filing system.
Ø Perform/assist in internal audits when required.
Ø Propose revisions, upgrade to the IMS documentation to reflect requirements
Ø Prepare purchase requisition as requested and maintain an updated log
Ø Assist in received requests from operating sites.
Ø With the skills in QMS work he/she shall participate in induction training of GE senior personnel as required.
2.  Minimum Qualifications:
Ø University graduate;
Ø Minimum 3 year in administration, Quality Assurance field is preferred.
Ø Excellent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ø Committed to completing assignments within a restricted time-frame and able to work under pressure;
Ø Preferably quality, health safety and environmental background.
Quality Management System ISO 9001 or equivalent course is an asset.
3.  Package:
Salary range (according to experience): EGP Net 2500 – 3500 + medical insurance.
