We need candidates who can operate and handle the ALU Equipment;
The candidates should perform the following tasks:
•Engage with Customer (including at senior level, typically CTO) to understand current mode of operations, constraints, technologies and plans related to network evolutions (deployment, construction)
•In close cooperation with Sales / Pursuit Leader/ MSD/ NSI , develop innovative “to be” processes and organization;
•Detail & document benefits in terms of cost effectiveness, service differentiators, operational capabilities
•Develop Service Level Agreements for recommended solutions; support associated OSS & IT related definitions
•Define & document associated resource plans & costing models for operations
•Lead and coordinate Due Diligence activities
•Support Pursuit Lead or Bid manager in task scheduling ,cost estimates and corresponding IPIS
•Define & support Transition Plans
Required Qualifications, Experience :
- Nationality
Egyptian
Education
•Telecommunication engineer
- Experience
•10+ years experience in, and broad understanding of the Telecommunications & IT markets
•Management experience in engineering / operations with a Telecom Operator
•Influencer, ability to engage at CxO level with a customer
•Excellent communication & listening skills
•Innovative mindset, ability to challenge status quo
•Team worker, autonomous & willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Mobility to support customer projects on ad-hoc basis; fluent in English and at least one other language ( Arabic and or French )
