A Reputable Company in the field of Cement Industry is looking for “Help Desk Support”.
Requirements:
-Years of experience : 1- 2 years in IT
-Education : Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
-The candidate should : -Have Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and their functionality
- Have Advanced knowledge, troubleshooting of Windows XP, and Vista , Office
Application.
- Have Working knowledge of implementation of LANs.
- Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company
supported applications.
- Have the Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Self driven and able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to devote as much hours/days as the work demands.
