Radio Network Engineer

- Job Responsibilities:
•Daily KPI Monitoring and Worst cells escalation with recommendations and follow-up
•Hardware issues to be escalated to customer and consistent follow up for timely rectification
•TCH and SDCCH blocking studies with Recommendations and follow-up
•Ater dimensioning audits
•BSS parameter (BSC, Cell and neighbor parameters) audits
• Neighbor in-consistency audits
• RMS based redesign for selected clusters. Recommendations and benchmarking
• RMS based frequency planning for different cities and Remotes
• Frequency plan and Neighbor list tuning of individual cases
•LAC optimization and paging audit
• Parameter and feature trials.
• Analysis of GDTR, SHR, Redesign and other Drive tests
• Customer interface e.g. presentations to customer.
- Experience
Minimum 4 years 2G RNE experience on ALU Equipment

•Ensures confidentiality of information
