Be well versed in inventory management to insure quick turn and fresh non-aged inventory. 5. Believe and embrace the internet and its metrics as a primary source of customers. 6. Able to understand, use, and make people accountable for in house CRM tool as the primary performance tool for the sales force. 7. Be able to teach and develop new and veteran sales people into individuals that embrace the industry and have work ethics that produce results. 8. Be able to order vehicles based on sales trends and available data that assures we have the best inventory. 9. Be well versed in the used vehicle market and familiar with appraisal tools and guides. 10. Furniture experience is a plus. 11. Computer abilities mandatory. 12. F and I background a plus. 13. Must have a proven track record. |
