The Role :
Provides direction and ensures co-operation between. Sales team. Ensures Sales team deliver highest possible levels of customer service in market. Achieves company sales targets. Ensures an effort that reflects highest possible standards of Business and recovery. Initiates and drives highest possible standards of business impact. Drives highest possible standards of Company services and layout within divisional guidelines. Maintains overall control of in-pool clients to ensure levels are appropriate for The company . Monitors and reviews layouts to ensure best and worst selling lines are correctly positioned. Accurately and efficiently communicates any business issues, ideas or recommendations to operations managers or brand teams. Actively seeks out and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales. For the company, leads Sales team to maximize Company contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales,. Delivers the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and ensures individual and company compliance with all company regulations and procedures. Contributes to and undertakes Operations Management projects. Sales Manager is responsible for providing commercial support in terms of numerical and statistical data to the Operation team, ensuring maximization of sales and profit margins and achievement of agreed targets. The Sales Manager position within The Company includes managing an entire Division and determining the sales strategy for that divsionResponsibilities :
Planning Service and forecasting sales Range presentation and supplier communication Sales and market analysis Promotional strategy Margin Management Team supervision and Coaching , Analyzing the market for advertizing in Egypt and defining the proper route to the market. Executing the defined sales strategy and building up the BB and BC business in Market
Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience as Sales Manager of Asset Sales Manager in same field.
Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills
Good understanding of IT and financial and Business planning tools
Experience of managing a small team Strategic decision-making Very good communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related degree
