We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join our interactive team in spreading our message to the world . The environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring that you will have solid technical experience, the ability to quickly adapt to change, and possess the desire to work with cutting edge emerging technologies.
As the Online Marketing Manager you will be required to execute an effective web driven business plan which drives leads to 8 websites. Your Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the development and implementation of online advertising campaigns that meet brand awareness, traffic generation, ROI, lead generation and conversion objectives.
• Executing campaigns across channels that drive effective direct response-based online customer acquisition.
• Managing third-party partnerships and agencies including implementation, day-to-day operations and optimization.
• Managing marketing calendars and coordinating the development of online creative assets.
• Optimizing campaign and program performance through continuous testing and monitoring.
• Developing marketing messages and partnering with internal web designers and producers to prepare creative.
• Directing landing page modifications and enhancements to improve website conversion for campaigns.
• Maintaining SEO programs to continuously optimize eCommerce website and improve natural search rankings.
• Monitoring competitive landscape to identify best practices.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English is a must.

Required Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, English, or equivalent in work experience
- 5+ years marketing experience, with at least 3 years of online experience.
- Proficiency in one programming language at least (PHP , C# ..) .
- Excellent knowledge of Website design and development including databases, security, client-side presentation and scripting (HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Web 2.0/Emerging Technologies.
- Strong creative skill set, with a keen eye for design (aesthetically and user-friendly speaking).
