International telecom company seeks to hire qualified professional as a:
CCBS Expert:
Role Purpose &Responsibilities;:
• Assume overall project management for the CCBS implementation project managing a team of 3.
• Assignment to cover analysis, SOW finalization, implementation, UAT and migration to production.
Requirements:
• Mandatory Requirements
a. GSM Billing Experience
b. Billing Expert with the following mandatory requirements
i. Minimum practical exposure to two different GSM Customer Care and Billing Systems
ii. Expert in at least 4 of the following CCBS areas
1. Customer Care/CRM
2. Provisioning
3. Post-Paid rating
4. Post-Paid Billing
5. Credit Control, Dunning and collection
6. Resource Management
7. Roaming.
8. Interconnect.
iii. Experience in HP UNIX or Sun Solaris.
iv. Experience in Oracle 9i or 10g.
v. Overall a hands-on technical expert and not only management experience
Vi. Vendor Management skills with a solid project delivery record
vii. Team management of teams of at least 5 staff
• Optional Requirements:
a. Previous Experience with NSN Core Equipment.
b. Previous experience with CellOne selected CCBS (to be defined by 15/2).
c. Convergent billing awareness.
d. Datawharehousing/Reporting experience.

DWH Expert:
Role Purpose &Responsibilities;:
• Design DWH star schema to cover the following business Areas.
• Call Usage – Post and Pre-paid.
• Voucher Recharges for Pre-Paid.
Requirements:
• Mandatory Requirements:
a. GSM Billing Experience.
b. DWH Experience in a GSM environment.
c. Previous engagement in a similar role.
d. Must be star schema aware.
e. Previous using Business Objects or similar.
f. DBA aware to optimize design
• Optional Requirements:
Profit Base experience is a definite Plus
