-Following up the daily attendance for entire employees within the branch. - Maintain personnel files for all employees and ensure they contain all legally - Handle medical claims, make sure that the supporting documents are attached,and register them on the claims report. - Provide general administrative support to branch employees. - Support & supervise the training requirements for employees, prepare the training needs assessment with the line managers. - Compile and maintain personnel records, update employee files to document - Conduct Induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with - Conducting exit interviews for his\her branch to identify the reasons of turnover. |
