Job criteria:
Working with the Creative Director and Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the design team for the campaign design, developing an exciting and engaging campaigns, exhibitions & Events that is developed by our firm.
Duties of Art Director:
• Workingfromabriefwithacreativedirector,copywriterandthemedicalteam,to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
• Workingondesignstoproduceaneffectiveadvertisingcampaign
• InteractwithCopywriterstodevelopcreativeconceptsandexecutionsofassigned
product(s).
• Possesssolidunderstandingofthescienceandmarketdynamicsofassignedproduct(s).
• Commissioningspecialists,suchasartists,designers,developersandphotographers,to
work on projects.
• Managingprojectsandworkingwithinaprovidedtimeframe.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by Creative Director. and secondary assigned
responsibilities
• Helpfacilitateboththeinputandcreativemeetings.
• Providedetaileddirectiontodesigners&Developers;.
• Assist in the education and development of designers & Developers.
• Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details,
such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound.
Required Skills & Personal Qualities
• Be highly creative
• Have excellent interpersonal, managerial and communication skills with high
leadership capabilities.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an art director
• Agency background is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic & English
• Solid background in copywriting and/or design
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Director, PowerPoint,
Audio/Video Editing Suites, Internet Applications
• Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.
• Work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Be highly motivated and well organized.
• Have a good eye for detail.
• Be able to see other people’s point of view and cope with criticism.
• Be able to work within strict time & budgets.
• Wide knowledge of Digital media & video production.
• Capacity to formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify
material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound.
