Job Information

1. Assisting in packing providing weight and dimensions, and labeling cargo.
2. Creates paperwork as required.
3. Proactively manages nominated Commodity’s and freight forwarder’s Suppliers to ensure competitiveness, responsiveness and impeccable services / commodities and to minimize the commercial and financial risks to the company.
4. Identifies and executes opportunities for financial returns to protect and deliver demonstrable benefit to the company.
5. Provides innovation, responsive and competitive input to bid teams to help win business.
6. Adheres to applicable supplier’s management, Supply Chain’s functions practices, policies and processes ensuring evidence is archived appropriately.
7. Provides support to owners of Secondary suppliers within the Businesses to help resolve commercial and financial issues and disputes.
8. Apply agreed terms and conditions with the suppliers.

Job Qualifications:

* B.Sc. Computer seince or equivalent Studies
* 1-3 Experience in same position
* High-level of customer service and communication skills.
* Motivated, hard working with a positive attitude.
* Reliable and dependable in meeting objectives.
* Able to efficiently follow company procedures and guidelines.
* Ability to work under pressure.
