Job summary:
Leading the IT branch team and follow up the branch functional action plans in order to save cost and time and enhance the integration between the functions by the systems.
Relationships:
Reports to: IT Supervisor.
Supervises: IT System Engineer – IT Specialist.
Works with: Other Branches’ Function Heads.
Outside the company: IT Vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Building Organization Capability:
1.1Follow up and manage the Assistant Branch Manager and the PC Operator to achieve the best results for the branch role.
1.2Responsible for identifying change requirements with the IT Manager to reach the function goals.
1.3Check cost-effectiveness of feasibility of architecture changes to save cost.
1.4Manage small projects and support large projects on branch level to achieve the function goals
1.5Recommend solutions and opportunity areas to achieve the company’s vision.
Job specifications (Required knowledge and experience):
1.Related work experience:
1.1Min 3 years experience in Information Technology field.
1.2Min 1 years experience in Information Systems field.
1.3Min 1 years experience in managerial level.
1.4Excellent knowledge of hardware\networks.
1.5Excellent knowledge of software\applications.
1.6Very good knowledge of Databases.
2.Formal Education:
2.1Bachelor’s degree from an accredited faculty.
•MCSE (Security + Messaging), MCDBA (SQL) , CCNA ( Must)
•C# Dot Net, Crystal Reports, SAN, Citrix. (Preferably).
3.Skills:
3.1Very good Management Skills.
3.2Very good Communication Skills.
3.3Creativity.
