A multinational leading company looking to fill a Trainer vacancy based in Alexandria branch Please finds the requirements below

Life insurance experience is preferred
•Assess training and development needs through the analysis of program and examination results.

•Conduct training on performance management in addition to the Head Office and sales staff.

•Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through analyzing and performance indicators feed back reports and feedback from management and trainees.

•Design and redesign training material to meet company requirements through research and review of training materials

•Monitor industry and competitor products to ensure that company training programs cover the industry and the relevant products & services offered in the market.

•Ensure compliance with training practices and standards
