JOB SUMMARY Our Client, a Multinational Manufacturer, is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to be based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The HR Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for various duties relating to benefits, compensation, leave administration, and compliance reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources. The CBM will be responsible for designing, overseeing, benchmarking and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, recommend, and install modified plans and employee benefit policies and supervise administration of existing plans. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, as well as 5 years of experience within benefits management/administration. Candidates with related professional certifications will be given preference. To be successful in this role, you must have working knowledge of human resource disciplines to include compensation practices with an understanding of local & regional employment laws.
