Responsible for overall supervision of advertising publication like “AlWaseet” published in Three formats PRINT, WEB & MOBILE
That including evaluating, reviewing, and editing in both Print and Electronic media. Supervises development of content and visual/graphic presentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness, as well as alignment to enterprise mission, strategy and content goals.
Ensures that key messages regarding advertisements and brands are sustained and consistently delivered through publication content.
Managing the magazine departments like design, marketing, accounting, distributions and others

• Hiring and evaluating staff needed for the magazine
• Manage development of publications (print and digital) to meet expressed strategic priorities.
• Identify content for publications and most effective way to present information to support communication and business objectives.
• Measure effectiveness of publications, and manage continuous improvement.
• Edit all content, ensuring messages are accurate and tailored appropriately.
Experience:
At least 4 years of previous professional management experience in “Advertising publications” writing, editing, design, publishing, production and distribution. Range should include heavy experience in consumer-facing publications and digital as well as experience gained from working in a more traditional corporate communication setting.

• Strong, Experience marketer knowing a lots of Brands and clients and can success any advertising project.
• Sound, experienced writer and editor and shaper of visual presentation.
• Strong ability to assess messages and shape appropriately for various audiences.
• Creates effective working relationships with internal and external constituencies of Children’s.
• Effectively manages multiple projects, to establish appropriate production schedules and to set priorities that allow timely communication of messages and ensures that publications schedules are maintained.
• Strong ability to provide clear and accurate direction to employees, and the ability to train others.
• Efficient time management skills, effective organizational skills and appropriate attention to detail; effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve troublesome areas/topics.
Education
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications. Master’s preferred.
