Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Having relevant experience of 3-7 years in coordinating and managing the in-house fabrication and field installation operations of different types of fit-out projects (Kitchens, Marble, Floorings, etc.).
Appropriate educational background, preferably in the field of constructions or Engineering.

Excellent leadership & supervision skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross cultural environments.

Solid organizational & planning skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time & people management.

High level of interpersonal and analytical skills, in addition to workable financial management experience.

Ability to adapt and work with a variety of operational situations, environments, individuals, and groups.

Spend at least 75% of his time in the field and is able to work in active construction sites in all types of weather conditions.

Excellent English language skills, verbal and written, is a MUST; the ability to speak Arabic and/or Indian is an advantage.

Holding a valid Bahraini or GCC driving license is a MUST.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and software related to design and construction industry.

PMP certification is a plus
