POSITION: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT/MARKETING
Job Description
Your full-time role will involve developing marketing campaigns to promote our product and provide commercial and administrative assistance
• Managing the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, e-newsletters, mass mail materials and DVD
• Arranging and organizing promotional events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions
• Conducting Market Research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Writing articles and promotional material for the company
• Promote products and services through public relation initiatives
• Provide our customer with quotations
• Process purchase order with our suppliers.
• Manage the logistic process with our logistic partners to ensure delivering shipments to the customers.
• Maintain and follow up on submitted quotations, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Follow up payment with customers
• Maintain our website
Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced Microsoft Word and
Excel and Access skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent customer relationship skills including, communication, accountability and the ability
to understand customer needs and how best to handle these.
• A candidate with marketing experience is a plus
• A positive disposition.
