Candidates should be:
• Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Have good experience in graphic design, web design, branding and prefer 3D design.
• Able to Create Design solution from concept to completion / production
• Practical exposure and/or experience with some or all of the following: Java Server Pages and Java, XML, PHP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, ColdFusion Server, CFML, CFScript, IIS, Windows Server environments.
• Able To develop and use computer manipulation techniques on a wide range
of materials, including photographs, to provide colour correction, image enhancement and as necessary, image creation.
• Able to lead and manage the company’s visual brand in all mediums (digital,
print, interactive)
• Able to create multiple concepts for marketing campaigns
• Able to maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Key Skills
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
• A degree/qualification in graphic design or visual communication is
not essential but desired.
• Outstanding communication skills both oral and written with a high
attention to detail and strong visual sense
• Organizational skills, as well as planning, project management, and
time management expertise required
• Desire and ability to own a process, express ideas clearly and
visually, meet deadlines
• Continually develop skills in the latest desk top publishing,
printing and graphic design techniques, and apply these as necessary
