مهندسين مدنى خبره لاتقل عن عشر سنوات :
 Minimum 10 years experience as Facilities or Site Engineering Position in the field of structural and architectural works.
 Monitoring of progress as per-schedule, also material procurement as required in the project
 Proven ability to work with quality issues; quality control, audits, reviews, and or analysis.
 Advanced skills in Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
 Proven ability to work with maintenance work standards and maintenance work time rates.
 Proven ability to work with safety and health precautions especially in construction.
 Ability to play as problem solver in analyzing and solving problems on a timely manner.
 Fluency in both Arabic and English Languages.
Desirable
 Proven ability and hands on Project Management in both experience and certificate. 
 Proven ability to perform Costing and time estimation in experience or as study.
 Advanced Computer skills with ability to Microsoft Office (Project), AutoCAD, Primavera.
 Advanced specialized or certified courses in Safety, Quality or Operation Management.
 Ability to work with CAD, Graphic Programs, Planning Programs and Microsoft suite of products.
 Considerable construction experience, gained through work in the industry, internships, or cooperative education programs
 Possess thorough knowledge of construction materials, costs, and procedures in areas ranging from heavy construction to electrical work, plumbing systems, or masonry work have a competitive edge
 Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
 Experience for more than 5 years in construction and site supervision.
