Senior Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Write test plans, develop test cases, and create summary reports.
• Test software builds, isolate bugs, document and track them in the bug repository.
• Communicate effectively with development, and testing team members.
• Use creative thinking in approaching testing and developing test cases.
• Interact with the Software Quality Assurance Group (SQA) and other Software Engineering staffs to ensure new processes are effectively implemented
• Meet testing deadlines for different projects
• Track issues through resolution and provide regular status reports to managers.
• Mentor quality control engineers to provide technical assistance and guidance.
• Review the deliverables and output from the quality control engineers.

Qualifications:
• Experience:  three years experience working in teams and conducting testing activities.
• Specific Technical Skills Required:
o Excellent Knowledge of different testing types
o Excellent Knowledge of Testing tools
o Knowledge of SW Development life cycles
o Excellent knowledge of CMMI and other SPI initiatives
o Familiar with Programming languages
o SQL database knowledge
• Strong written and Verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately, with interruptions and to meet deadline.
• Good organizational, time management skills. 
• Strong Problem solving skills.
• Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Ability to coach juniors and develop their technical development plans.
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to take decisions.
