Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via website live chat, email, and social media.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Work with the team to ensure consistent and up-to-date information is shared across all channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Arabic – both written and verbal.
Knowledge of online betting platforms.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
