Purpose
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving problems; determining requirements; answering inquiries, fulfilling requests; maintaining database and documenting actions.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Answers product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
• Maintains database by entering information and customer records by updating account information
• Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
• Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Call Center/Customer Service Experience is preferred
• Reliability

• Enjoy assisting customers in a friendly and respectful manner
• Problem solving and excellent time management
• Highly independent work ethic and outgoing personality paired with a strong team spirit
• Working effectively with teams and networks across geographic, functional and other cultural and organizational boundaries

• Available to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 22:00
