Job describtion :
Registration of new patients;
Organising the First Assessment schedule (physiotherapy and speech);
Arranging appointments with patients according to the centre’s weekly activity schedule (physiotherapy and speech), including patients follow up when missing treatments, excluding the CBR patients;
Referring patients to other centres or hospitals present in Khartoum State according to their needs on the basis of the Medical Coordinator and physiotherapists decision. Renewing agreements and making news ones in collaboration with the Med coordinator;
To enter the patients’ data into the EPI info database;
