Job Description

Procurement of Agro commodities [B2B marketing] like sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, spices, chilly, chick peas.

Generation of fresh business avenues worldwide. Development & penetration in new market

Ability to assess/analyse market potential for various agricultural crop seeds with particular emphasis on sesame,

Ability to interact with government agencies, agricultural research institutes, local market players and potential overseas collaborators to strengthen and expand business

Ability to interact with policy makers for the growth of the sesame seed business

Ability to assess demand and supply of agricultural seeds for various crops and formulate business plan

Ability to identify, registers and monitors large number of seed out growers, and ensure credit/produce recovery

Ability to provide solutions to seed out growers for handling rogue plants, weeds and insects and train them on Good Agricultural Practices to achieve optimum yield in a cost effective manner
