Job Purpose / Responsibilities
Responsible for the preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of all equipment/ assets in a cost-effective manner to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of the operation.
Responsible for SAP plant maintenance, preparation of work order / Notifications, PM plan in SAP, ordering & maintaining spare parts, creating service request for required contractors.
Responsible for PM schedule implementation, also responsible for field verification, filling all check list etc.
Management of maintenance, including the manpower, spare parts inventory, technical training and monitoring of maintenance expense, Preparation of budget for CAPEX and OPEX. Also responsible for the technical inspections of new equipment’s/ spare parts, Responsible for preparation of scope of work for any maintenance work,
Responsible to establish / maintain technically data base library with soft files a hard copies, terminal updated drawing, procedures, checklist , work instruction and as builds.
To assist Terminal Maintenance Engineer in routine and non-routine maintenance and project related works.
Responsible to prepare scope of work, PR, bid evaluation, reports, Budget reports analysis verses plan and actual. opex /capex (Progress, PR/PO, execution, completion.
Maintain terminal spare and SCE Spare Part.
Responsible for Tank Inspection / repair Program / Progress and maintain the updated record for use.
Responsible for Pipeline Inspection / repair Program / Progress, maintain the updated record for use.
Maintenance Monthly reports / KPIs.
Responsible to keep record up to date for internal and external audits.
Report and ensure availability at the terminal/ facility at Yanbu during emergency situation.
Dimensions
The position will be responsible for the total maintenance management system / plant. Directly reporting to Maintenance Engineer.
Financial Management
Total value of assets under care: Approximately SR 3.5million

Principal Accountabilities
Accountable for the Terminal maintenance program based on best practices in the Terminal Oil industry and in line with IMS and HTL guideline with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance by evaluating and reviewing the maintenance schedule of the company equipment.
Responsible to ensures that maintenance team are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner in close coordination with Terminal Manager and EHSSQ Manager.
Oversee the execute of the preventive maintenance PM as per the approved annual PM plan and in accordance with IMS requirements.
Direct Supervision of the company Maintenance team, contractor or subcontractors and staff in the overall installation, maintenance and servicing of all equipment and infrastructure, necessary for the continuity of operations and the safety of Terminal personnel, by ensuring the equipment reliability and availability.
Responsible for implementation of maintenances producers, work instruction and check lists. To upkeep all necessary maintenance records and maintenance history of all necessary critical equipment of the Terminal. To undertake review and updation of all Maintenance Department IMS documents as and when required.
Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary and responsible for stock updation, spares planning, spares procurement and for both critical and non-critical equipments in coordination with inventory controller and purchase function.
To coordinate with operations for pre-commissioning and commissioning of new facilities on completion of the same.
To coordinate with Projects team and Terminal Superintendent /Maintenance & operation team for execution of any project related activities in the Terminal.
Assist Terminal Manager in preparation of annual maintenance Opex and Capex budget
Directs routine and non-routine EHS audits including risk assessments and safety reviews of maintenance-related requirements.
Performs technical evaluation of equipment manufacturers and service providers/ AMC and suppliers in coordination with procurement for all maintenance related requirements.
Prepares daily/ weekly and monthly maintenance reports in SAP / KPI as required, analyzes data and makes recommendations for improving Terminal operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
To be conversant with IMS system involving Quality (QMS), Environment (EMS) and Safety (OHS) and be the focal point of maintenance department. To participate in the periodic review / audit / meetings and follow of the IMS in close coordination with MR.
Tracks, analyzes and improves the key performance indicator of maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc and submits monthly reports to Terminal Manager
المهارات
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree / Higher Diploma holder preferable in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience at Terminal/ Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Refinery in a supervisory cadre.
Familiarity with relevant SAP , API, ASME, ASTM, NFPA standards
Behavioural and Functional Competencies: Good organizational, leadership qualities. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Good computer skills and conversant in report generation
