Our client: A renowned player in the food industry is looking to hire an Assistant Plant Manager.

Your role: The ideal candidate for this role will provide strategic operational supervision for all production operating facilities. Execute routine operations and ensure direct reports are in line with policies and procedures related to an employee, safety and environmental compliance. Update production batches, daily stock, production & chemical stock reports. Optimum utilization of plants and cost control. Monitor production outcomes, quantity and quality. Ensure that the safety working habits are developed through awareness, training and adherence to safety systems.

المهارات
Must-haves: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related with at least 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing/refinery industry. A working background and knowledge of plant/equipment production and procedures is required. Strong people skills including communication and organization skills. Must have some leadership or supervisory experience and a high degree of independency.
