Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Directly supervise the assignment of the heavy equipment operators in the quarry/crusher, ensured delivering the right tonnage rate of raw materials.

*Shift Incharge for the operation of Truck Loading & wagon Loading in the shifts

* Monitoring silo extraction and packing of different grades of cement

* Check weighment of bags

* Maintenance jobs with maintenance team

* To put additional efforts for quality of packing adn loading

* Preparing stoppage analysis reports

* Regularising labour attendance records on daily basis

* Bags management - Keeping track of empty bags, Receive different grade of bags from stores based on loading requirement,

Reporting damaged bags and Physical stock verification once in a month

2-Closely monitors the flow of raw material from quarry down to mixed bed pile with special concentration on the quality aspect of raw material and the identical size particle.

3-Responds directly to any abnormalities of operation, e.g., heavy equipment or crusher breakdown.

4-Checks thoroughly the main haulage road of dump truck assuring that no sharp fragments of boulders is present in the area as it will damage the condition of tire and will lessen its projected life.

5-Coordinates closely with service foreman for availability of well-maintained heavy equipment.

6-Ensures that the operation flow is properly guided to deliver the sufficient raw material with right specification within the time frame of subsequent stage of operation.

7-Ensures that all safety rules and regulation are followed particularly maintaining speed limit by drivers, removal of loose limestone fragments at quarry face and deployment of flood light during night time operation.

8-Prepares daily report of total raw material movement, man&hour;usage, equipment hour usage, crusher running hours and necessary pertinent data.

9-Performs other duties related to Mining as may be assigned.

المهارات
Professional knowledge of Mining Engineering.
Well Technical knowledge of Cement production operations.
Knowledge of mining computer software and processing applications, experience with AutoCAD and 3D mine planning software.
Good problem solving skills.
Good resources management skills.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of mining personnel.
Fluent level of English.
