Site Admin – Saudi Nationals Only
Location: Yanbu
Salary: SAR 6,000
Purpose of the position
In coordination with the site team - to support & provide necessary services to the project employees & visitors and ensuring problem free venture inside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Direct dealing with officials at various government departments to ensure issuance/ renewal of legal documents.
Key responsibilities
Close coordination with the GR office to know the work-requirement and accordingly do the task based on priority & doing follow-ups to ensure the task is accomplished.
Issuance/Renewal of employees public documents i.e. IQAMA, Data transfer, Driving License & others.
Arranging Gate-pass for Site-based employees by visiting & requesting the Security department at the Client.
Assisting the IT department by liaising with Customer-service at Telecommunication company (STC) for necessary paper-work and for any special requests.
Arranging for required documents issuance or renewal (Certificates/ Letters) from government departments viz. Ministry of Labour/ GOSI/ Passport Office.
Any adhoc request from Site Team., immediate supervisor & from Head of HR & Administration.
المهارات
Required qualification.
High School or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
3-4 years of relevant job experience in own subject area/ environment of medium complexity.
Good Communication skills – Arabic and English is preferred.
An excellent level of attention to details.
Ability to prioritize workload in a demanding team environment.
Average computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet.
