الوصف الوظيفي 2. Direct activities of manufacturing planning division and monitor overall performance of the division. 3. Ensure the targeted production plan is met by planning production levels well in advance and monitoring efficiency of refinery utilization. 4. Ensure adequacy and accuracy of forecasting and scheduling methods and propose initiatives for enhancing and revising the methods as required. 5. Participate in the development of refinery key performance indicators by providing input to process engineering management about key operational data and metrics. 6. Supervise the evaluation of the financial impact of scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns and operations’ abnormalities on the refinery margin. 7. Direct day-to-day and long range forecasting of refinery manufacturing capacity and ensure timely and accurate input is provided to the concerned marketing group. 8. Direct the review of all capacity offers to ensure alignment with current plant capabilities and to monitor and identify any deviation from production plans. 9. Review manufacturing data and results to ensure that pre-planned schedules are met. 10. Keep abreast of market demand trends to identify the need for refinery manufacturing system modifications or revised operating procedures. 11. Ensure compatibility of facility designs with manufacturing operations, needs, and plans. 12. Coordinate with other engineering divisions to provide data, information and recommendations on various engineering matters. 13. Participate in plant walkthroughs, emergency drills and related facility audits. 14. Direct and manage technical support and ensure proper technical coverage is provided in cases of disaster and emergency. 15. Provide input and advice for the preparation and analysis of refinery business and operating plans, expenditures, and mid-year and year-end accountability reports. 16. Provide the necessary support to the respective OME team member before/after daily meetings to ensure high level of safety performance and comply with health, safety and environmental standards. 17.
