مسؤول تقانة المعلومات ( Technical Support Specialist ).
علي ان يكون متحصل علي المواصفات التالية :
• Excellent Computer software and hardware setup background.
• PC hardware Maintenance.
• PC OS and software setup.
• Excellent skills in configuring and controlling LAN network (File Sharing, Printers, Remote access).
• Dell Server Setup and Administration.
• Windows server and related administration tools configuration (Active directory, Group Policies, Windows server Backup, Windows Server Security).
• Troubleshooting PCs and LAN issues.
• Very good Knowledge of CCTV Camera Systems.
• IT Services Management.
• Very Good Designing Skills (Microsoft Office, Photoshop…).
• Company Domain Control ( cPanel ) .
