Operational Budget elaboration
Monitor operational KPIs of the plant
analysing systems, reviewing production work orders to ensure accuracy,
completing weekly and monthly production activity reports and resolving inventory imbalances
improve systems by studying current practices; design and recommend modifications.
Support the design and implementation of a data warehouse to meet business requirements.
Monitor and check production levels,
Follow preset operational schedules to fulfil the panned availability production targets safely and efficiently
Monitor the overall status of the plant and summarize activities in the daily log. Keep up to date the daily plant status reports, and relay all activities that occur during the shift
Identify and provide suggestions where plant improvements and modifications can improve the plant safe and effective operation and plant efficiency
Ensure problems and issues are clearly identified and monitored with operational controls implemented to ensure safe plant conditions.
المهارات
Operation daily report.
Create a productive environment.
Strong verbal and written skills required.
Familiar with OSHA, HACCP and other Food Safety requirements is desired.
Able to coordinate between all department of the plant.
3 years minimum of experience in a manufacturing (preferably food processing) Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is required
Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
