Job Description and Requirements • Develop overall risk management strategy for the project considering stakeholders and organization risk tolerances. • Develop and review risk management plan according to international standards and ensure consistent application of this plan during all project phases. • Promote risk management awareness within project team and stakeholders to ensure their effective engagement in all processes. • Facilitate risks identification process through risk management workshops and by other applicable techniques with all related stakeholders. • Develop and maintain risk register to capture identified risks with assigned risk owners, categorize risks by source, update risk ranks to the current assessment and capture proposed treatment plans. • Analyze risks qualitatively to determine the impact of each individual risk on objectives. (Time, Cost, Quality, Reputation, Safety, Scope, etc.) • Define the most significant risks, which have the maximum overall effect on each objective (Cost, Time, etc.) and identify contingency plans if required. • Analyze the critical paths to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommend mitigation plans or workarounds. • Lead risk treatment planning sessions, and secondary or residual risks identification in order to reveal more areas of uncertainty. • Monitor risk triggers closely to ensure proper and effective implementation of treatment plans. • Facilitate opportunities identification, which will lead for benefits realization to the client and organization. • Integrate risk monitor and control with overall project monitor and control processes. • Prepare and communicate project dashboard in a weekly basis in order to keep stakeholders aware of risk status and to enhance decision-making process. • Manage interfaces with other projects for the client at program level. • Collect, study and report lessons learned for client PMO.
