Job Description and Requirements Provides leadership, guidance, and specialized assistance to the project for the resolution of difficult and complex business operation functions related to project controls, finance and administrative challenges. Manages a team of up to 12 Project Control Engineers/Specialists, Finance Managers, and Administration staff who are qualified and experienced to execute their technical functions. Provides complete oversight to all aspects of Project Administration, including Document Controls, Vehicle and Facility Inventory Control and Travel Administration. Responsible for the development of accurate Financial Forecasts (in conjunction with Finance Managers), including deep dives, business planning, and revenue recognition meetings and to develop solutions to maximize profitability on the project. Additionally responsible for overseeing the maintenance of vendor commitments, the facilitation of program payroll and the leadership of budgeting and cost control for the program. Responsible for supervising IT specialists in support of IT assets for the Project. |
