Amaken is recruiting for a regional manufacturing company that is based in Lebanon, an Accounting Manager to be based in their branch in Yanbu, KSA.
GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)
2. Responsible for cash management, including performing international wire transfers, , and maintaining lines of credit
3. Process new customer credit references and assign credit limits and terms.
4. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
5. Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service..
6. Maintain foreign currency exchange tables.
7. Process payroll using a payroll service.
8. Update and post company paid holidays
9. Maintain employee vacation records.
10. Meet with the various agencies, on an annual basis, that maintain the benefit programs and review costs and benefits
SPECIFIC ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent knowledge in Fox-pro;
2. Excellent Knowledge in SAP;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, combined with minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance; MBA, CFA or CPA strongly preferred
• More than 15 years of experience in similar business field (building materials manufacturing)
• Proven track record of competently delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in planning and executing complex programs such as budget management.
• Familiarity with tracking tools used to assess a campaign’s performance.
• Experience in online marketing and advertising.

10.Expert computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook with emphasize on using a merge program that transfers data to the appropriate forms
