• 5+ years of demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience in technical and engineering markets is required
• Must have strong background in Engineering and Technology sector
• Proficiency in e-recruiting and automated application tracking systems. Workday is a plus
• Strong sourcing background and skills with various recruiting media, particularly LinkedIn
• 4-year Degree in Business Administration or related field
