الوصف الوظيفي
• Evaluation of departments and divisions needs
• Evaluation and assessment of positions and skills related
• Identify present weaknesses and threats in each department
• Recommend potential performance solutions to departments managers
• Using the company assets and vision to increase employee performance productivity
• Present monthly performance reports.
• Annual KPI analysis
• Identify suitable training program and cost based on budget and criteria
• Identify type of training program and location either inside kingdom or outside
• Ability to predict future needs in each department; or moving talents from a department to another.
• Ability to Communicate with top management.

المهارات
• Education: Bsc Business Administ. , Bsc of Human Resources, Bsc of Management, or equivalent
• Language: English& Arabic Fluent
• Other Certificates:
Any additional certificate will be taken into consideration
