الوصف الوظيفي Create and publish job ads in various portals Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding material and explaining company policies Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Saudi labor legislation Support other team members when needed. المهارات Proven experience as a Recruitment & HR Specialist, or similar role Hands-on experience with the job sites and hiring Saudis Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Good written and verbal communications skills in both English and Arabic 3-5 Years of relevant experience Saudi national Females are welcome to apply تفاصيل الوظيفة
