Department: Maintenance and Safety

JOB REQUIREMENT
In-charge of executing planned maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and improvements in factory facilities.
Reporting to: VP Manufacturing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that all planned maintenance activities are recorded and carried out without delay to avoid production downtime
• Records maintenance of all department activities, spare parts inventory, government-related transactions, ISO related documentation, technical data/drawings/manuals of equipment & facilities, and provide relevant reports
• Monitors all technicians’ job assignments daily
• Maintains spare parts inventory and ensuring orders/stock levels are monitored
• Ensures utilities are provided in all areas
• Ensures the plant is operating safely
• Ensures all logistical support is working properly
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Ensures that all plant machinery are in optimum performance level and safe
• Ensures that all technicians are performing their jobs according to set standards and procedure
• Ensures Safety in all areas of operation

المهارات
• Must be a licensed Engineer or related discipline with relevant experience in plant maintenance
• Must be results oriented, can make sound decisions, capable of analyzing and evaluating problems, and providing corrective & preventive actions with a sense of urgency
• Able to communicate well in all levels
• Working knowledge in basic management skills such as; planning, leading organizing and control
