الوصف الوظيفي Daily production planning & development of mines with consultation Head – Quarry & Garage. Plan, organize & monitor all mining operations as per approved Mining Plan and to meet quality parameters with cost effective way. Oversee planning of drilling & blasting. Develop basic understanding of cement and aggregate production and process operations. Monitor safety practices and recognizing hazards Monitor, evaluate and improve mining unit operations including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, crushing and screening. Track cost and maintain costs in the quarry/crushing operation. Develop and maintain a safe and environmentally compliant operation with the assistance of the Safety and Environmental personnel. Develop new operational methods to reduce costs and produce a more consistent feed to the plant. Interface with Corporate Mining staff as well as local QC staff to develop the short term and long - term mining plan. This will involve implementing short to intermediate sampling programs by the plant for blending purposes. Evaluate mobile equipment operation & maintenance and prepare requests for replacement Research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions. Prepares analytical reports as required. Prepare plan for mine development as per the long term/short term strategy. Develop and implement short to mid-range mine plans. Coordinate exploration program. Supervise mobile equipment operators as required. Assist in development of environmental permitting and design. Survey as required – stone stockpiles, pit and dump topography, ore/waste zones, raw material stockpiles, etc. Understands cost accounting structure and purchasing activities - able to requisition and receive goods and services. Provide support to mining and production Heads and professionals in operations and projects. Performs other duties related to Mines as required or directed by Head – Quarry & Garage. المهارات Ethical conduct and professional accountability. Functional Competencies: Knowledge of mining computer software and processing applications, experience with AutoCAD and 3D mine planning software. Extensive experience in Cement Industry. General Understanding of all business functions. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or equivalent. Good knowledge of the physic-chemical products, of relevant parameters and standards applicable to cement manufacturing. Good knowledge of statistical process control methods and experimental design. Good knowledge of project management methods. Problem solving capabilities. Information ordering. Communication and team work. Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking.
