1, basic knowledge in different types of field instruments, and its wiring.2, Pneumatic tubing, pneumatic fittings selection and use.3, Should know, Basics of HART communication, and experience in use of HART communicator4, Knowledge and relevant experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of control valves, motorized valves, solenoid valves.5, Able carry out loop checking of PLC and DCS termination, 4 wire and 3 wire system,6, experience in use and connection of RTD and different types of thermocouple .7, extensive experience in pneumatic systems, pneumatic operated valves.8,knowledge and hands on experience in DCS and PLC communication, wiring termination,9. Computers and Electronics Knowledge: knowledge of systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.10, calibrates instruments and combustion controls to coincide with established standards.11, disconnects inaccurate or damaged instruments and makes suitable replacements.12, disassembles instruments, examines mechanisms, cleans parts, replaces worn or broken parts13, conducts scheduled inspections of instruments and makes adjustments to those not functioning properly10. supervises personnel as assigned11. performs related duties as assigned 12, Mechanical Knowledge: knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance; including power plant equipment, steam-generating equipment, and pollution control devices 13,
